Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll cover return shipping costs if the return results from our error (incorrect or defective item).

Return Process

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

- Ship Your Return: Send to our return address using a trackable service (provided with your RMA). Keep your shipping receipt.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired exchange product in your initial email
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)
