At Care Product Series Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our baby care, health, and beauty products. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened Baby Food, Baby Oral Care products, Chinese Supplements & Medicated Oil, Health Foods, or any personal care items where the seal has been broken (such as shampoos, conditioners, and beauty products).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your initial email, clearly state what product you’d like as an exchange
  3. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. You will be notified via email when this occurs.

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we approve your return
  • The refund will appear on your next billing statement depending on your financial institution’s processing time

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
